Review the final agreement
Read the published agreement, including package scope, readiness acceptance and payment terms, before enrolling.

Enroll through Stripe
When open, provide your practice name and business email in secure hosted checkout. Your $1,000 payment is credited to the $2,500 package.

Prepare for practice onboarding
We verify enrollment and coordinate the next steps. The $1,500 balance follows readiness acceptance. Paying does not create a clinical account.
