Business information only
This notice covers the DentriRev presale offered by LUKRUM INC., operating as DentriRev. It is separate from any future clinical service. Do not submit patient names, treatment details, claims, clinical records or other patient information through checkout or business correspondence. These public pages have no intake form, do not create a clinical account and do not start a clinical session.
Information we use
Stripe collects the practice or business name, business email, payment information and any billing information required for hosted checkout. Payment details are entered on Stripe’s page, not in a DentriRev form. We use the business and transaction information available to us to administer enrollment, confirm payment and accepted terms, coordinate future services, respond to support requests, issue refunds and maintain payment, dispute, accounting and legal records. Business correspondence may include information you choose to send; do not include patient information.
Website, payment and correspondence services
Vercel hosts the public website and may process ordinary access and security logs, such as IP addresses and requested pages. Stripe provides hosted checkout and payment processing. Gmail is used for business correspondence at the public contact below. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy notices; a provider may retain its own records. Presale information is not a clinical patient record.
Access and communications
Access to business enrollment, transaction and correspondence records is restricted to people who need it to administer the offer and its services, and the providers used for those purposes. Purchase or acceptance of the agreement is not treated as separate consent to unrelated marketing.
Retention
Business information is retained as needed to administer the package, support refunds and disputes, and meet accounting and legal obligations. It is then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, subject to applicable obligations and the independent retention practices of the providers. This notice does not promise immediate deletion of payment, legal or provider records.
